Anna Elena Torres is an Assistant Professor of Comparative Literature at the University of Chicago. Torres is the author of Horizons Blossom, Borders Vanish: Anarchism and Yiddish Literature (Yale University Press) and co-editor of With Freedom in Our Ears: Histories of Jewish Anarchism (Illinois University Press). Torres’ writing has also appeared in Nashim, In geveb, Jewish Quarterly Review, Feminisms in Motion: A Decade of Intersectional Feminist Media (AK Press), and elsewhere.
