Agnieszka Bułacik

Agnieszka Bułacik (she/her) is an artist, activist, and facilitator interested in transdisciplinary and intersectional approaches. All her work centres on sensing, feeling, and connection to oneself, each other, and the wider metabolism of planet Earth. Educated in visual arts, she currently works with sound and performance. She is the co-founder of new visions – an arts&education collective rooted in queer-feminist and decolonial perspectives and weaving a nourishing mycelium of women and queer artists and activists in/from Eastern Europe. Agnieszka is also a part of Otucha – a singing collective and ongoing exploration of the phenomenon of song and its healing potential in the context of social relations and the environment. Previously, she was part of Dear Home Collective, a project exploring the meaning of home in the migrating world through participative performances, workshops, and exhibitions. She holds an MA in Cultural Studies from Adam Mickiewicz University, and a BA in Photography and Multimedia from the University of Arts in Poznań. Agnieszka is a PhD candidate in Arts and Education at the University of Barcelona.
